One time when I was in kindergarten this children’s book illustrator came to my school and we got to ask him questions and I asked “do you like colored pencils or crayons more” and he laughed and said “colored pencils, crayons are too messy” and I got really angry because I liked crayons more and I thought he was dissing them.
