Some girl said she was against suicide, to get tons of people telling her her opinion didn’t count or that she deserved to die or see her mom die, or other horrible stuff like that. Hm yeah.
While I agree that the response was a huge overreaction, the OP actually said something along the lines of “People who kill themselves are idiots and deserve to die anyway, just let them kill themselves”
so, no. she didn’t just say “suicide is bad” or “i’m against suicide”

- fire in the hole: throw explosives for long distance boom, same damage as landmine, explodes on impact
- smoke bomb: lowers opponent’s visibility considerably for an unpredictable amount of time. Other explosions clear the smoke quicker, so only use physical attacks with this
- landslide: avoid using any special attacks to save up firepower for this move. it creates a massive cave-in causing considerable damage to opponents

I fully understand that real whitewashing is a problem and insulting. But… when people are attacked for just shading not enough, using a wrong color palette, going for a pastel look etc… it’s too much. Everytime I look at my indian and african OCs I feel disgusted by myself now and feel like crying. I feel like never draw and shade anyone beside white again.
What is probably the opposite of what those people want. But on that blog especially I saw so much bashing of beginner artists with mistakes, it’s really really demotivating to even try and practice anymore.Try to see what is white washing, what is experimenting with light sources, and what is simply beginner mistakes.
Oh and before putting someone on a giant bulletinboard for whitewashing and racism, maybe contact them if they really intended that.
Maybe they really just experimented with colors or wanted a pastel or aquarel look, not to make a character “white”.Sorry for my bad english.

Shit..You know things are bad when people are even afraid to do shit because of ONE FUCKING MORON ON THE INTERNT.
Thanks Riley. Not only have you made people who actually DO want to take action look like fools as you made yourself out to be, we have THIS going on as well. If you actually think you’re doing a service for people with your ‘activism’, please just STOP. You are not doing anyone any favors; yourself, black people, white people, gay people….basically, you’re ruining things for everyone but mostly making your own issues less credible when you attempt to ‘take action’.
Do us all a favor; drop this. Stop, start a new, and try to at least learn from your mistakes this time. If you can at least do that, you have shown that there is more to you than what people have been posting.
I have a much better solution.
People should not be afraid of posting whatever character of theirs in whatever race/gender/age/sex whatever.
Regardless of what a few socially inept little bitches with internet access will say. Here’s a fact. In the real world, outside of tumblr, no one is going to stop someone in the middle of a comedy routine to go I FIND THAT OFFENSIVE, and no one is going to go through your art and go YOU WHITE WASHING PRIVILEGED CISGENDERED MALE PIG.
No one. Because that’s grounds to getting your face stomped in. Literally and metaphorically. I’m 110 percent certain someone like ‘Riley’ wouldn’t pull this shit in the real world, then again that would be implying she leaves her house.
Tumblr should be for fun where people can post art, funny shit, creativity, and other forms of entertainment. Not a battleground for the annual Oppression Olypmics. Riley serves the purpose in that we all know exactly what to never do and never become.
